Sarah works with individuals across the lifespan. She enjoys working with children and specializes in guiding teens and young adults through life transitions. She has supported teens and families in crisis as a Clinical Social Work Intern at Vantage Point and has provided both individual and group therapy at Family Services. Her work centers on helping clients address anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, grief, and struggles with pornography use.
Therapeutic Approach:
Sarah is dedicated to meeting clients with understanding, respect, and compassion. She believes everyone has unique strengths that—when supported—can lead to a meaningful, values-aligned life. In therapy, she works collaboratively with clients to clarify their values, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier ways of thinking and living.
Sarah integrates evidence-based methods, including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the Unified Protocol (UP), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support healing from deep and complex trauma.
Outside of her clinical work, Sarah loves spending time with her husband and six children. She enjoys early-morning hikes with her dog, getting lost in a good book, and exploring new places through travel.
